- International T20 Cricket Match
On 6th September there will be a charity cricket match celebrating the 60th year of independence for both Barbados and Guyana. This will be an all-day event starting at 10.30am – details in the poster below. - Walking netball
A new activity has been recently introduced by the netball section of the club – walking netball. This takes place on Friday evenings and is for over 50s who may wish to keep fit or return to the game.
Padel Planning Application
Meanwhile we have no further news on the Padel planning application, which is still being evaluated by the council’s planning officers. The Planning Committee meets next on 7th September, but we do not yet know whether it will be on the agenda. We will let you know when we hear more.
