Crouch End and District U3A
The University of the Third Age (U3A) is an international charity open to all who are retired or semi retired. You don’t need any qualifications, just a desire to get out, learn new things, meet new people in the local area, keep your brain and body active, and most importantly, enjoy yourself.
Details of ‘interest groups’ and monthly meetings can be found on the website.

Free cycle type in Haringey on the home page to find the local group. The Freecycle Network is a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (and getting) stuff for free in their own towns. It’s all about reuse..
