There are works scheduled in our roads to clean the gully/drains. These are to improve drainage and reduce the risk of flooding by removing any blockages that might reduce the water flow.
Temporary Parking Restrictions
To facilitate the work there will be temporary parking restrictions in place, so be alert to specific dates, times and where you park you car. Details listed below and on signs in the street.
For Montenotte Road
Suspension of parking will be outside numbers: 3-5, 6, 13
No parking, waiting/loading /unloading. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the order may be removed under the provisions of the removal and disposal of vehicle regulations 1966
Suspension dates:
- Start – Tue 3rd may 2022.
- End – Wed 4th may 2022
- Times: 8.00 to 4.30pm
For Glasslyn Road
Suspension of parking will be designated by the numbers on street lights:
Bays by light column gy2b, 2, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 29, 31, 33, 32, 34, 36, 43, 45, 47, 44, 46, 48, 55, 57, 59, 56-58, 67, 69, 71, 70-72 And opposite 2 bays by light column gy1b
No parking, waiting/loading /unloading. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the order may be removed under the provisions of the removal and disposal of vehicle regulations 1966
Suspension dates:
- Start – Tue 3rd May 2022
- End – Wed 4th May 2022
