Highgate Wood School has drawn up plans to redevelop its playing field (just off Montenotte Road) and bring it back into sports use. The proposal is for a cricket pitch at the centre of the field. With a running track for summer use and in winter two football pitches (not full size).
This will affect residents who use the field for leisure purposes and dog walking. Timeline
Please note that there is still uncertainty on whether the necessary funding can be raised, and therefore no timeline has yet been established.
