The plan to build a 20 metre high telecoms mast on the Hornsey Club cricket field has come back to life.

GMTRA have submitted comments to the Haringey planning application process objecting to the proposed building of a 20m phone mast on the Hornsey club cricket. Details here >>

Residents will no doubt be aware of the proposal to erect a 20m telecom mast and associated equipment in the grounds of the Hornsey Club. You can submit objections and comments online on the council website, or by writing to the planning department. Details here >>

Waldon Telecom (on behalf of 02) will shortly be submitting a prior approval application for the proposed telecoms mast to Haringey council. GMTRA has written to the planning department (also local councillors and MP) urging them to to refuse approval for such a development, outlining the numerous objections to the proposal and the strength of

GMTRA  responded with strong objections to the recent letter from Walden Telecom (on behalf of O2) announcing plans for a 20m telecoms mast, to be sited in the grounds of our neighbours – Hornsey Cricket Club (who are also opposed to this unsuitable development) Read their reply.

Many residents have expressed concerns about a letter written on behalf of a company called Cornerstone which is proposing to build a 20 meter high mobile phone mast on the side of the Hornsey Cricket Club. Response letter here.
